A domestic fund distribution “hidden rule” has been exposed: banks raising prices exclusively, causing investors’ costs to surge by over 6,700 CNY!

While the public fund industry is trending toward fee reduction and benefit sharing, a certain retail bank “went against the tide,” forcing fund companies to sell at the original subscription fee without discounts, and even requesting other channels to remove the fund, launching high-fee exclusive shares. For a 500,000 CNY investment, investors may pay an extra 6,700 CNY in fees! Products from more than ten fund companies, including Huatai and Xingzheng Global, are affected. Platforms like Tiantian Fund and Ant cannot sell them; investors can only buy the “more expensive” shares at this bank. This “exclusive sales” strategy artificially creates scarcity, indirectly pushing up costs and eroding investor trust.

With regulatory support for fee reform and floating management fee mechanisms, the industry should focus on inclusive finance and growing the market rather than making investors pay for high costs. As deposits move into the stock market and A-shares enter a slow bull market, public funds face a development window—transparency and fairness are the long-term path!

My second child fell ill, continuously vomiting, and I didn’t know why. Previously, my first child had the same. It’s surprising that gastroenteritis can be contagious. In summer, viruses are common; when a child falls sick, both the child and parents suffer. Raising children is not easy…

In the afternoon, strolling along the Tsim Sha Tsui pier, I saw a street musician playing and singing beautifully, so I stopped to enjoy it. Being there, my heart relaxed a little. We are always rushing through life; sometimes we need to pause, bask in the sunlight, feel the cool breeze, and listen to street tunes. Life is diverse, after all.

Clearly define your position and target audience. Act purposefully and strategically. Understand your audience deeply; not everyone who pays attention is your target. Alignment is crucial. The same applies to writing: don’t try to please everyone, as then you attract no one.

Online, the way you write defines who you become. The readers you attract reflect who you are.

If a post receives high views today, it’s because you wrote for your present and past self, meeting their current expectations. If views are low, it’s because you wrote for your evolving self, your future readers—those who haven’t yet recognized their inner needs.

Understanding this way may help you interpret reader behavior and data fluctuations.
